While it is going to be hard for me to explain to everyone what a TLC is for the shear volume of the way the "Greek System" operates...I will do my best!
A Traveling Leadership Consultant (TLC) is a recent graduate who devotes full time to ZTA responsibilities. She travels throughout the year, visiting with collegiate chapters. Her duties include officer education, leadership development, chapter organization, supervision of membership recruitment and assistance with new chapters.
